How it works

✯ Here are simple steps to use Tourzilla to create a video tour and single property websites, after you have registered to use Tourzilla and installed the app on your smartphone
➊ Create a new tour record by entering property information like address, price information, property size and bed/bath info
➋ From the list in the app, add all the property areas (rooms, outside area etc) that you would like to cover in your tour for the property
➌ For each of those areas, take pictures and/or capture videos
➍ Press one button to generate the professional tour packed with information
➎ Review the generated tour and make the tour and single property website live from within the app.

☺ Receive an email with the link to the tour and single property website for including in your marketing and posting on your MLS listing.

✯ Tourzilla is a subscription(monthly) based service. There are no long term contracts. After the initial absolutely-free trial period, there is a monthly cost for using the service. No credit card is required for trial period.

Tourzilla iPhone app is free to download and install but there is a complex system behind the app hosted on Amazon Cloud which generates the tour, creates the single property website and streams the tour video to your prospective home buyers/sellers that is an ongoing cost for us every month. The service Tourzilla provides does not end at creating the tour.
